Raul Garcia

I Raul (L - 22) grew up in St. Gallen. About 5 years ago, my passion for gastronomy took its course. I completed my training at the Anker restaurant in Teufen. Afterwards, it was sure to me that I would end up in the world of star gastronomy. From the start I was sure that I would have to live out my passion and ambitions in this profession. At the beginning, I did an internship with Andreas Caminada, then to Roots, Basel, Carlton St. Moritz, Jordnaer and Geranium Copenhagen. For over two and a half years I was working as a Sous Chef at the restaurant "focus Atelier" 2** Park Hotel Vitznau. There met Carl and we have shared the same interests and ambitions from day one.

Carl Paulick

I Carl (R - 24) was born in northern Germany and grew up in the center of Hamburg. Almost 6 years ago, I decided to enter the hotel industry by starting an to start an apprenticeship with the Rocco Forte Group. More precisely at the Hotel de Rome Berlin. After 2 eventful years and a completed apprenticeship, I was drawn to Switzerland. The first address was "The Chedi" in Andermatt where I worked in "The Restaurant" and gained my first Swiss work experience and so it went on via Wassmer's "Memories" to Patrick Mahler's "Focus Atelier". At this time Raul, was sous chef at the Focus restaurant. So our interests were the same and it was clear that an idea to work together had to be found.
